## Job description

岗位职责
- 主要负责人事智能客服（AI小助手）问答内容标注工作，对AI生成的人事问题回复进行校验、修正、优化；
- 依据公司人事制度、国家及地方人事政策，审核评估知识库问答内容的准确性、合规性；
- 梳理日常业务高频咨询问题，补充、迭代、完善人事知识库，提升AI应答准确率；
- 收集AI咨询中的错误案例、用户高频疑问，输出问题台账，推动知识库持续更新优化；
- 完成上级交办的人事政策梳理、知识库维护等其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、法学相关专业优先；
- 可以接受优秀本科应届生，或具备1年左右人事政策、咨询、知识库维护相关工作经验，有人事政策专员工作经历优先；
- 了解人力资源相关政策制度，能够熟练使用AI工具辅助工作，对AI标注、知识库运营工作感兴趣；
- 做事细致耐心，阅读理解能力强，对文字、政策条款敏感度高；
- 具备基础办公软件操作能力，逻辑清晰，有较好的归纳整理能力。
