## Job description

岗位职责

### 对话记录分析
- 从真实客户对话中读出用户真实意图，找出 AI 的失误模式与绕开点

### 工具调用与集成
- Function Calling / MCP 接入内部系统（客户数据、产品库、知识库）

### 多 Agent 编排
- 智能体间的协作、路由、熔断与降级策略

### 效果评估与回归
- 建立评估集、跑回归测试

### 成本与稳定性
- Token 成本控制、延迟优化、异常兜底 任职资格
- Python 工程能力扎实（不需要精通，但要能独立写服务、查数据）
- 有真实上线的智能体作品——个人项目完全算数，但要有代码/演示/使用痕迹；AI 实践时长不设硬线，作品完成度说话

### 理解 LLM 的失败模式
- 幻觉、拒答、越狱、上下文丢失
