## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 渠道运营维护:负责随身易平台的日常运营，包括日常业务分析及追踪，激励方案的制定、宣导、追踪、兑现、营销活动的宣导和推动，客户关系建立及维护等工作；
- 人员培育:负责业务员展业技能、健康险产品培训等工作；

### 销售支持
- 协助处理随身易代理人契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪； 任职资格 岗位要求：
- 具有成熟的保险行业销售能力，团队筹建，具有线上社群运营经验、掌握保险销售支持、销售推动工作；
- 具备较强抗压能力、主动服务意识，具有客户思维；
- 本科及以上学历，35岁以内。
