## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责研究当地市场情况，了解市场变化，收集市场、项目信息及时向分公司反馈核保政策的调整需求；
- 负责核保政策在本机构的宣导和沟通，负责本机构业务的各项数据分析，及时反馈核保政策在机构的实施效果；
- 负责对团体产品的经营情况进行分析，及时发现问题，与分公司沟通商议解决方案，并跟踪进展；
- 负责超权限业务的初审及上报；
- 配合业务部门，提供产品技术支持。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 985/211重点院校及专业优才院校优先，理工类、保险类、金融等相关专业；
- 工作积极主动、有耐心，良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力；
- 熟悉Word、Excel、PPT等软件的操作，有一定的公文写作能力；
- 有一定业务开拓能力者优录；
