## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行电子信息行业整体业务布局、团队经营与指标达成，打造分行科创电子信息特色金融品牌。
- 主导对接区域电子信息类上市公司、龙头企业、高新、专精特新、瞪羚企业重大合作项目。
- 针对电子信息轻资产、高研发、迭代快的行业特点，搭建科创金融、批量拓客、产业链拓客标准化打法。
- 带领行业客户经理团队，开展业务赋能、项目攻坚、过程督导、绩效经营，全面提升团队行业产能。
- 对接园区、科创载体、工信部门、创投机构、产业协会，获取优质科创项目资源，建立常态化合作。
- 优化电子信息客群结构，把控行业周期性风险、客户经营风险，保障条线资产质量稳定。
- 上级交办的其他各项工作 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.5 年以上对公从业经验，具备科创、电子信息、光电产业金融统筹经验优先。 3.具备科创企业、高新企业、轻资产企业综合金融服务经验，能独立操盘重大授信及综合经营项目。 4.拥有苏州电子信息产业、科创园区、高新企业优质资源者优先。 5.具备团队管理、业务统筹、策略制定、行业攻坚能力，业绩导向明确。
