## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责营销方案和激励方案的策划，推动渠道业务、考核方案的落实，完成业绩追踪及异常指标改善；
- 围绕销售场景和环节，完善支持体系，提升销售效率；
- 负责渠道业绩数据分析和追踪，搭建数据分析报表，为管理层提供经营建议；
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融经济类、保险类、数统类等专业优先；
- 良好的沟通能力、写作能力及报告撰写能力，在校期间有学生干部经历优先；
- 有视频剪辑、海报制作等宣传类相关经历优先。
