## Job description

岗位职责

### 业绩目标
- 负责统筹所辖渠道的业务规划、指标追踪及统计分析，跟踪渠道业绩达成

### 指标追踪
- 制定所辖渠道的跟踪报表，督导各渠道目标达成，抽检各层级人员动作执行情况

### 方案制定
- 制定所辖渠道的营销和推动方案，进行标准动作跟踪与计划达成

### 项目运作
- 根据渠道特性统筹重点项目的开展及运作 6.

### 报告制定

根据市场、数据、机构情况等进行相关报告的制定，提出相关建议供领导层决策，推动业务达成 7.其他日常业务推动工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 精算、统计、数学、保险、金融类等相关专业优先；
- 有企划、寿渠业务推动、团险业务推动等相关工作经验优先；
- 有较强的数据逻辑、经营分析能力和沟通交流能力，有责任心、进取心、有创新意识；
- 熟练使用office等办公软件，有数据、统计分析经验者优先。
