## Job description

岗位职责
- 综拓渠道开发 负责开发综拓渠道资源，完成渠道拜访、谈判、签约、维护等工作。
- 综拓业务开展 负责对接与开发好医生、寿险、产险、财产险等专业公司综拓业务需求，协调当地资源推动综拓业务指标达成。
- 属地化产品开发 配合总部综拓产品落地，并结合属地化特点，开展属地化综拓产品建议、设计、推广、培训、宣导。
- 市场活动 推动区域内的综拓业务市场活动，保证各类市场开发工作顺利推进。
- 服务承接及反馈 对当地综拓业务到检提供服务承接，如VIP客户检前事项协助、客服问题协调与反馈等。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年市场营销、销售管理等相关经验
- 有平安系统内销售、大客户销售、综拓等销售管理经验、业务推动经验为佳
- 对大健康市场有清晰深入的理解，过往有组建团队、带团队的经验
- 有较强的责任感和事业心，有激情，抗压能力好，具备高效执行力和推动力
