## Job description

岗位职责
- 对公司经营存在的问题提出改善措施及建议举措；
- 制定阶段经营目标并分解至各级单位，督导各级单位编制阶段经营规划；
- 根据公司发展和管理的需要，撰写经营分析报告；
- 协调内外部资源，组织各类经营会议，确保经营策略有效传达。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，财经、管理、IT等专业优先；
- 责任心强，工作主动，细心，接受能力强，具备较强的逻辑思维及沟通协调能力；
- 认同平安企业文化及公司经营理念。
