岗位职责
- 全面执行落实总部政策，达成业务目标及邀请推广计划
- 联合地方及总部资源，推动开设分部及门店
- 负责地方政府及监控关系的拓展和维护
- 负责分部人员绩效管理、培训发展
- 负责费用管控及领导交办的其他工作 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历 2、管理、金融或经济专业优先 3、8年以上工作经验，3年以上金融行业经验； 4、有一定的政府公开能力
