## Job description

岗位职责

### 肿瘤专案服务
- 全流程管理：为肿瘤客户提供诊断、治疗、康复的连续性服务。

### 诊断协调
- 对接专家门诊、多学科会诊（MDT）及第二诊疗意见，辅助客户快速、科学决策治疗方案。

### 理赔服务
- 为客户进行理赔报案，前置预审，追踪协谈，提供出院即赔服务，理赔客户咨询解答，疑难案件处理。

### 康复管理
- 结合客户治疗期间的个体状态，制定个性化康复计划，安排康复服务，并定期随访康复效果。

### 治疗管理
- 跟踪客户用药安全及效果，引导赠药项目管理：跟踪赠药执行进度，指导客户使用网络内医疗服务资源。 任职资格
- 本科学士学位以上学历，医学、保险等相关专业优先
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力及问题解决能力，能够独立处理复杂问题
- 具备较强的责任心、客户服务意识强
- 适应快节奏的工作环境，具备良好的抗压能力
