## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司干部管理及人才发展制度和流程建设；
- 建立职务职级体系，承接职务职级和日常的职务职级评定工作；
- 推动干部的选拔、调配；后备干部、潜才的选拔、培养和测评工作；
- 根据业务和队伍特点，规划领导力及核心人员中长期培训计划并组织年度计划的实施。
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源工作经验，3年人才管理岗位工作经验；
- 熟悉职务职级体系、任职资格体系开发以及干部和潜才管理；
- 良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力、归纳分析和推动处理能力；
- 责任心强，认真细致，心态积极乐观，原则性保密性强。
