## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平安银行数字乡村平台建设，包含平台整体架构设计、系统建设、需求分析、标签标注、算法推荐、用户意图、知识图谱、等AI智能化产品建设和运营推动等工作。
- 负责平安数字乡村平台与银行各条线产品与系统对接，以及本部门乡村振兴相关产品的线上化工作
- 深入了解数字乡村县域政府需求，梳理和总结业务流程，转换为数据产品工具，提高业务工作效率；洞悉业务潜在需求，有预见性的规划产品工作；，探索建立农业农村大数据
- 参与大数据平台产品、数据分析和AI产品的规划设计和落地应用，制定并优化平台运营方案，提升平台满意度
- 深入调研银行对公小微企业满意度并挖掘需求，联合平安银行数字口袋小微企业共同开展乡村振兴合作，优化数字口袋涉农平台各项功能，增加访问量和销量；
- 能完整分析县域政府所需要的科技诉求，并根据诉求提供相应的金融科技解决方案。 任职资格
- 了解国家数字乡村的发展规划，具有敏锐的市场洞察力与创新力
- 认真负责、细心、逻辑性强，具备良好沟通和项目推进能力、良好的书面报告撰写能力、出色的抗压能力和执行力
- 熟悉互联网产品整体实现过程，包括从需求分析到产品发布，深刻理解用户需求（包括终端用户和合作伙伴）；对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析建模能力，掌握 SQL, Python/等编程语言；
- 熟悉国家乡村振兴政策，负责相关板块创意内容产出，协调产品上线前市场宣传等配合工作；
