## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导小额垫付风控体系全周期管理，以“决策树+外部信用分”为核心整合多维度数据，输出风控方案，控制坏账率。
- 牵头风控模型迭代，跟踪坏账率、垫付通过率等指标，针对业务变化优化规则，提升风控准确性。
- 设计C端分层催收策略，平衡坏账回收与客户体验，推动回收率提升、投诉率下降。
- 联动产品、技术团队输出风控洞察，构建“好医生”群体差异化风控壁垒。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，互联网金融、保险精算/风控背景优先
- 精通决策树等模型，主导过3类以上外部信用分整合落地，能解决客群调整后数据适配问题
- 熟练使用Excel、SQL，具备“数据-分析-方案-落地”全流程能力
- 能主导跨团队项目，平衡风控与业务增长
