## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责医疗集团品牌传播年度规划制定，并辅助业务开展宣传工具的策划编制；
- 负责集团VI及导视系统设计与制定，并监督集团及各机构执行；
- 通过党媒央媒、医疗行业媒体、门户网站等的资源拓展与维护，提升医疗集团品牌影响力；
- 建立品牌文化内涵，编写并发布具有吸引力的原创内容（文字、海报、视频内容等），与用户保持良好的互动性；
- 参与集团年度大型论坛、会议、活动的策划执行；
- 负责社会责任项目策划与执行，通过医疗专业资源赋能公益发展
- 负责集团及下属机构舆情管理、危机管控的体系搭建
- 负责医疗集团自媒体的策划和日常运营
- 对接下属医院及专科连锁，建立矩阵管理机制，通过管控、帮扶、培训、沟通等推动机构业务发展
- 负责医疗集团内部渠道宣传工作，通过业务亮点挖掘，在集团内部提升本单位影响力；
- 其他品牌宣传相关工作，及部门年度预算制定与监控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，新闻传播、媒体传播、中文、广告等相关专业，有医疗行业新媒体运营经验者优先，中共党员优先；
- 具备较强的文字表达能力和创意能力，能够撰写高质量的原创内容；
- 热爱品牌传播岗位，具备一定的设计及鉴赏能力，有较强的责任心和事业心。
