## Job description

### 岗位职责 （1） 统筹渠道线上化平台经营结果及长期规划（负责关联2-3个渠道

互联网车险、车险、个非车、团财、团客、创展、车代业务等） （2）对本机构渠道业务发展及目标达成负责 （3） 负责整体的内外部沟通与协调，与当地监管、行业协会的日常沟通，为当地的业务发展争取较好的外部发展环境 （4） 负责分公司队伍管理及人才梯队、考核体系建设 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在互联网/电商、互联网+、快消、零售、汽车保险金融等行业，三年以上销售与管理经验，参与过大中型项目相关管理项目经验者优先，世界500强企业、互联网大厂优先
- 具备市场策划能力、零售、营销能力强，熟悉互联网运营
- 对数据有较高的敏感性及理解力，洞察力强，能带兵打仗
- 推动能力强，具有业务规划 、落地执行能力；
