## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据集团和公司的整体业务规划，负责金服业务系统架构的搭建与梳理，参与公司产品系统的规划设计和实施，；
- 带领开发团队，对内部业务系统开发方案进行管理，做好方案评估、应用架构设计等工作；
- 跟踪业界技术发展趋势和平安内部专业技术引擎（区块链、人工智能、大数据分析、云计算）的研发进展，结合业务实际综合运用，保障系统的先进性；
- 与平安科技团队、内部需求方建立良好的沟通协同机制，配合保障业务方及时、安全、稳定的系统运行。
- 根据业务发展节奏做好团队人员规划和建设; 任职资格
- 计算机相关专业本科以上学历，具备扎实的应用架构项目和设计经验；
- 具备解决方案的全局视角，具备能有扎实的方法论体系设计、规划、管理业务架构；
- 有系统开发经验、主导过全流程业务架构建设，具备财务共享、保险或银行等行业应用架构设计经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和领导能力，能统筹全局，合理调配团队资源；
