## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理团队，制定有效的业务计划，完成团队及个人业务指标，不断提高团队业绩水平。
- 带领团队拓展渠道，维护与合作渠道、战略客户的关系。
- 通过培训、目标及活动量管理等有效手段提升客户经理的产能和服务水平、保持团队业务稳健发展。
- 建立团队内部有效的内控、监督方法，并有效执行。 任职资格

### 专业经验要求
- 2年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验优先；
- 具有优秀的团队管理能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别和解决问题能力；
- 熟悉市场环境，过往业绩优秀，有较强的事业心和进取精神，无不良记录。
