## Job description

岗位职责

### 核算
- 负责核算各层级分险种、渠道维度的规模、成本，及时发布业绩通报，进行过程追踪，确保数据及时准确。

### 分析
- 全面分析市场、同业及自身经营情况，形成专项工作报告（PPT及文稿），预判经营形势，为经营决策提供参考。

### 主题报告
- 对接内、外部主管部门的沟通汇报，总结并规划整体工作，形成文字工作报告 任职资格 本科及以上学历，曾从事经营分析相关工作者优先，具有较强的数据分析能力、文字报告和PPT制作能力，沟通协调能力强，工作耐心、细致、有责任心，能熟练运用EXCEL、SQL等数据分析工具。
