## Job description

岗位职责
- 摸清当地市场，梳理、搭建政保资源库；
- 渠道全产品的产品方案制作；
- 开展行销支持和追踪检视，含队伍培训、同业分享、政策解读、招投标管理、营销活动组织等；
- 在与政府接触中挖掘商机。
- 上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 了解并认同政保业务发展方向，具备高度政策敏感性；
- 两核中级人员优先；
- 具备政保大项目推动经验者优先；
- 具有政策敏感性、沟通协调能力强;
- 分公司规定的其他标准。
- 本科及以上学历
