## Job description

岗位职责
- 同业等新团队的挖掘及新渠道的开拓，发展壮大现有代理人队伍；
- 现有微信群的维护，日常软文、方案宣导等各类图文的制作及推广；
- 新产品、保险观念等各类课件的制作，线上培训、直播等方式实现代理人业务技能的提升；
- 相关契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪；
- 通过各类报表等进行数据分析，通过微信、直播等各种方式实现业务追踪与督导。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，保险、市场营销、互联网类等专业优先； 2. 2年以上的保险销售经验，寿险、经纪公司、互联网保险相关工作经验者优先； 3.熟悉微信公众号、抖音、快手、小红书、微博、知乎等线上传播媒体工具者优先； 4. 在线上媒体有粉丝基础者优先； 5. 具备较强的创新精神、开拓精神和抗压能力； 6. 具备较强的沟通交流能力，有较强的感染力和人格魅力。
