## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据监管及我行信贷政策及审批标准，对授信业务进行审查，对授信方案的合规性、合理性，提出审查意见。
- 调研、收集相关行业信息，关注行业变化。
- 总结审查审批过程发现的问题，提出信贷政策修订及操作风险控制的初步建议。 任职资格
- 须具备公司授信审批或对公产品工作经验；
- 熟悉宏观经济政策，具有一定的行业、企业分析研究能力；
- 熟悉银行主要信贷业务和主要授信业务品种，具有较好的信贷风险分析和判断能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力，能够及时跟踪对公业务产品、风险政策变化，具有参与制定新产品信贷管理政策的能力；
- 品行端正，具备较强的责任心和团队精神，良好的沟通能力，能承担较大的工作压力。
