## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹落实反洗钱法律法规，修订反洗钱管理配套制度；
- 开展洗钱风险研究，撰写研究报告及各项监管报告（支付机构评级、年报、自评估等）；
- 优化反洗钱履职管理体系，指导业务部门履职，组织开展各类自查提升反洗钱履职质效；
- 组织开展反洗钱宣传培训；
- 其他反洗钱相关工作 任职资格
- 金融学、法学等相关专业优先，本科以上学历，有支付机构三年以上反洗钱管理经验；
- 熟悉反洗钱法律法规及管理全流程；
- 具备良好的监管沟通、组织汇报、公文撰写能力。
