## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对公中小企业基础客群市场调研及营销规划，开拓各类产业园、商圈、供应链及产业链、外部平台等，结合自身优势实现批量获客；
- 负责推动中小微法人客户相关贷款业务落地，做好产品综合营销，达成考核指标，提高综合收益，做好客户维护；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 学历本科及以上；
- 具备1年以上公司金融信贷从业经验者优先 ；
- 熟悉本地中小企业信贷市场、客户偏好、同业打法；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力； 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，爱行敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律，有较强的事业心、进取精神和风险意识，无不良违法、信用记录或行业不良记录（包括但不限于工作记录）。
