## Job description

岗位职责
- Completion of a undergraduate degree or higher (preference for computer science or software-related majors).
- Over 5 years of Java development experience, including independent responsibilities and participation in Java projects.
- Adeptness in Java programming and familiarity with open-source technology frameworks such as SpringMVC, Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis, SpringBoot, Springcloud, with a strong grasp of framework principles. 任职资格
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
- Independent ownership of design work for modules related to life insurance products.
- Composition of technical documentation related to module and component design and development.
- Active engagement in technological innovation to enhance development efficiency and address complex challenges.
- Ensuring system stability and guaranteeing system security and performance.
