## Job description

### 岗位职责 渠道/伙伴销售的工作重点是通过如分销商、经销商（如渠道）等中介机构，对终端消费者就各类产品、服务和/或解决方案进行面对面的销售，包括
- 对新渠道伙伴/分销商的面对面销售，以及对现有渠道伙伴/分销商的交叉/增销/重复面对面销售
- 维护并拓展分销商关系
- 制定并交付面向渠道伙伴/分销商的产品展示、销售投标和报告演讲，也可能为渠道伙伴/分销商的销售人员培训产品用途和销售技巧
- 管理与渠道伙伴/分销商的关系。匹配到该专业领域的员工会基于销售目标的达成程度获得薪酬。 任职资格
- 管理学门类-工商管理类-工商管理、经济学门类-金融学类-金融学、管理学门类-工商管理类-市场营销相关专业，在金融行业，有5-10年Head of Sales 工作经验，有在信貸任职经历优先。
- 带领过2人以上团队。
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-渠道管理、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训，
