## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据部门规划目标，拓展金管家、展e宝、线上直播等线上推广模式，制定营销运营策略和活动计划，提升线上名单引流和转化率。
- 通过活动运营、内容运营、社群运营等方式，形成线上运营体系，并增强用户粘性及生命周期。
- 持续挖掘用户需求，整合内外部资源，优化线上运营手段，提升关注用户的活跃度和粘度。
- 进行线上数据分析、行业研究、用户调研、并根据分析结果提供解决方案，推动线上产品的上线和迭代 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，有0-1团队及体系搭建经验优先；
- 具备一定的线上运营活动（小程序、社群等）及增长项目（拉新、裂变、转化）运营经验
- 擅长数据化运营，逻辑清晰，自驱力及学习力强，且具备较强的业务敏感度及跨部门沟通协调能力
