## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．保单运营服务 （1）产品/运营规则/系统/客户权益

支持产品及运营规则、系统、双录、客户权益等宣导培训，日常规则答疑。 （2）前置核保流程指导与进度追踪。 （3）销售过程支持：处理销售过程中遇到的规则、系统问题；推进新单承保进度、核保进度；跟进保单签收及回访情况，提升回执签收率、保单回访率。 （4）服务支持：结合客户咨询问答，提供保全、理赔通道指引，协助推进办理。 2．业务推动支持 组织网点培训和客户服务活动，辅导渠道人员提升业务技能。 3．协助投诉处理 配合公司进行销售行为规范与银保合规宣导，客户投诉问题 件辅助核查与推进处置办理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历（特别优秀者可放宽至专科）；
- 金融、保险、营销、新媒体、医学等相关专业；
- 平安银保及平安银行理财经理2年以上工作经历优先；
- 语言表达能力较好，具备较强的协调、公关、分析问题、解决问题的能力。
