岗位职责
- 贯彻执行公司规章制度、监督规定、行业自律规范及法律法规、依法合规经营；
- 对所管辖四级机构的保费计划达成及各项管理指标负责；
- 组织实施销售工作，维护客户关系，推动业务持续发展；
- 队伍有效增员和日常培养，所管辖人员行使管理职能；
- 外联部门关系维护
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 1.大专以上学历，有3-5年保险工作经验，
