## Job description

岗位职责

### 团队成员招募与管理
- 负责下辖组内顾问的招募、管理、培训和辅导等；

### 团队平台运作
- 围绕规模和质量目标，承接总、分公司相关政策，制定团队业务计划，推动目标达成；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与顾问紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格
- 了解保险行业，有保险、银行等金融行业销售及管理经验者优先；
- 具备培训授课及辅导能力、会议及活动组织能力，有陪访经验者优先；
- 责任心强，学习能力强，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱动力。
