## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责口袋管家产品中人力资源管理数字化服务场景的需求调研、产品规划、原型设计、需求文档撰写和版本迭代规划等工作；
- 主导跨部门协作，协调银行内零售部门和产品的合作，进一步推动HR服务和金融的融合；协调研发、测试、运维等团队，推动产品功能落地和上线，确保项目按时高质量交付，并跟进产品上线后的客户反馈，持续推动产品体验和功能优化，提升用户满意度；
- 关注行业动态及前沿技术在HR领域的应用，为系统创新升级提供更优的方向和建议。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，互联网/SaaS/金融行业3年以上工作经验；
- 有完整的人事管理相关 SaaS 平台从0到1的产品建设经验，或拥有核心模块如薪酬、员工服务等模块的产品设计经验者优先；
- 熟悉人力资源管理的基本管理理论，并热爱人力资源数字化的事业；
- 熟练掌握需求调研、业务流程分析、功能逻辑流程分析、原型交互图设计等能力及熟练使用Visio、Axure等相关工具。
- 工作主动积极、责任心强、能承受一定的工作压力，组织协调能力、人际沟通能力、团队协作能力等方面表现优秀者优先。
