## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户拓展
- 负责银行宅抵贷、经营抵押贷产品推广，开发小微企业主、个体商户客群，维护中介、渠道资源，获取贷款意向客户。

### 业务经办
- 承接客户咨询、资质评估、方案匹配，负责资料收集、系统进件、跟进审批、抵押、放款全流程跟单。

### 风险合规
- 严格执行银行信贷合规要求，核实客户经营真实性、贷款用途，把控贷前风险，规范展业，杜绝违规操作。

### 客户维护
- 维护新老客户，跟进意向客户转化，挖掘转介绍资源，完成支行下达的贷款业绩指标。

### 日常工作
- 跟进产品政策更新、做好业务台账、参与团队营销活动，保障业务高效落地。

### 其他
- 上级交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格

### 从业经历要求
- 从属地商业银行引进，具有3年及以上抵押经营贷业务从业经验，熟悉业务拓展、贷前调查及风险管控全流程，具备独立开展业务的成熟作业能力。

### 客户资源要求
- 拥有稳定的小微企业主、个体工商户等核心客群资源，具备较强的客户经营、需求挖掘与业务转化能力；

### 学历资质要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备良好的业务素养与学习适配能力，能够快速掌握我行产品规则、作业流程与管理要求 ；

### 职业操守要求
- 个人无不良从业记录、无不良征信记录，严格恪守金融从业人员职业操守，无违法违规及重大违纪行为。
