## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据渠道合作策略、银保整体销售推动策略制订渠道业务推动方案；
- 配合渠道联络岗进行渠道重大会议、活动的组织策划；
- 统计渠道经营信息，分析渠道经营状况，得出改善建议；
- 负责机构新人和在职客户经理的培养训练、外勤导师队伍建设、内部培训规划及管理，渠道网沙等活动的支持等。 任职资格
- 年龄25-35岁；
- 全日制本科以上学历，有1-5年保险公司渠道内勤工作经验优先；
- 具备领悟融会、规划策划、动手实战、沟通协作的能力；
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、专注聚焦的性格。
