## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面主持支行日常经营管理工作，负责组织推动支行公司、零售等各项业务营销工作，落实业务考核计划，完成各项经营目标；
- 负责根据总分行发展战略、业务经营规划组织制定本支行整体发展规划并积极推动各项业务均衡发展；
- 贯彻执行总分行相关规章制度，负责支行日常营运风险防控，保证各项业务合规开展；
- 统筹做好支行人才培养及企业文化建设等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备5年及以上金融行业从业经验，其中银行分支机构管理工作经验2年以上，熟悉当地金融市场环境，具有丰富的客户资源，具备公司及零售业务经验；
- 熟悉银行相关业务知识，熟悉国家相关监管政策、金融法律法规等；
- 具备较强的决策判断能力、经营管理能力、沟通协调能力和风险防范能力，以及处理复杂问题和应对突发事件的能力；
- 认同平安文化，积极进取，无违法违纪行为及行业严重处罚记录。
