## Job description

岗位职责
- 维护总分行关系，配合进行业务推动、培训与营销支持、服务陪伴，以及重点产品的销售推动等；
- 根据分行特点，针对性制定销售方案（包括产品方案、推动机制等），并组织实施；
- 关注同业发展动态，进行重点产品研究分析，以及渠道销售情况分析；
- 配合渠道做好品牌宣传和营销策划工作；
- 部门安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 国内外院校硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销等相关专业；
- 具备金融机构市场或渠道工作经验，有2年以上银行理财、券商、保险资管等产品市场营销经验优先；
- 熟悉各类资管产品，尤其是银行理财产品，有较好的逻辑分析、文字和数据处理能力；
- 勤勉尽责，具备较强的沟通能力、项目推动能力，敏锐的市场触觉和应变能力，以及团队协作精神。
