## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据总行授信政策及目标市场指引对权限内公司客户授信业务进行审查、审批，分析信贷风险点并提出防范措施，出具审查意见；
- 按照总行信贷风险评级制度要求对借款人和交易进行评级；
- 参与制订与审查、审批相关的授信产品及操作规程；
- 对业务部门提出专业问题给予解答和建议，根据审批需要对客户进行实地考察； 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，3年以上信贷工作经验；
- 具备良好的个人品质、职业道德修养及较强的敬业精神，无违规违纪行为及其他不良行为；
- 熟悉国家经济金融政策、法律法规、会计、财务制度，具有丰富的金融专业知识，具备较强的学习能力、调查分析能力、文字写作能力、业务协调能力和工作组织能力；
- 熟悉银行授信审批基本政策制度，熟悉银行各类信贷业务知识及处理流程，熟练掌握基本的办公软件操作。
