## Job description

岗位职责 本岗位作为连接总行策略与分行实战的关键枢纽，旨在通过专业的培训辅导、实地带教与实战演练，系统性提升客户经理队伍在信用类产品上的获客能力、经营能力、风控能力及综合服务水平，助力全行零售信贷业务高质量发展。 任职资格

### 转化能力
- 精准解读总行政策，能快速将其转化为可落地的培训课件、营销话术及实操指引。

### 赋能能力
- 具备优秀授课技巧，善于通过联合访客、案例复盘及情景模拟，解决一线实操难题。

### 专业功底
- 具备小微业务、对公交易银行圈、产业链业务相关从业经历，有产品经理或一线客户经理岗位经验者优先，熟悉本地产业链及商圈生态。
