## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责渠道的开拓和关系维护，负责团体业务直销，推动渠道保费收入目标达成；
- 掌握专业化销售流程和业务实务操作方法，指导和陪同团队支持专员续期业务推动和新保开发；
- 产品培训支持、相关契约、保全问题件沟通与跟踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，熟知医疗险产品，掌握中介渠道资源和团险渠道资源、良好的社会关系、渠道关系；
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，有强烈的结果导向意识，沟通能力强；
- 三年及以上团体客户开发经验，有市场团体医疗险和政府医疗险资源者优先；
