## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接上级机构下达的经营计划和指标，制定本机构发展规划、经营策略并组织实施，合理精准配置资源，达成各项经营指标。
- 落实队伍建设各项要求，在授权范围内开展党建、干部管理、员工日常管理、人才梯队建设等工作，提高队伍综合素质和战斗力。
- 落实合规及风险控制要求，开展资产质量管控、不良资产清收处置、案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、证照管理、消保和声誉风险管理等工作。
- 加强与政府、监管、行业主管部门等单位沟通协调，建立和谐关系，树立品牌形象。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉营销流程和银行产品，具备优秀的团队管理能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别和解决问题能力；
- 合规意识强，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
