## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责代理人线上学习运营，推动代理人线上学习，培养学习习惯
- 负责解答机构对系统使用的问题，收集优化建议并推动解决方案落地
- 负责代理人线上学习数据分析，定期输出系统使用情况的数据，分析使用数据提供推进业务相关方案 任职资格

### 本科以上学历，工作经验
- 具备2年以上工作经验，有线上运营经验优先
- 熟悉保险代理人培训流程，会带班，做过培训项目
- 具备项目规划和撰写规划汇报材料能力，具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力和变通能力，具备良好的逻辑思维和语言表达能力
