## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责贵宾客户的管户维护，促进客户资产规模持续增长；
- 负责高端资产配置、银保、基金等复杂产品销售；
- 配合和参与财富团队管理，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规和风控要求，确保业务品质。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年及以上银行工作经验，熟悉银行零售业务；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，具有基金、保险从业资格、AFP、CFP等理财证照者优先；
- 亲和力强、有服务意识和销售特质、抗压力强；纪律及合规意识强。
