## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人贷款产品营销、客户开拓和维护
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接
- 负责客户业务受理贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务
- 为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷和转介
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实贷款管理工作，确保业务合法合规 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融类相关经验优先
- 具备零售贷款、普惠小微1年以上工作经验，具有较强的自主拓客能力
- 较强的市场营销能力和潜力，有本地“熟人圈”、商圈、产业上下游、商会资源者优先
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录，无监管机构金融违规记录，符合合规要求
