## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略规划需要，设计完善公司组织模式及架构方案，提高组织运作效率；
- 根据公司经营规划及人力预算铁律要求，制定年度人力编制及费用预算规划，提高人力资源使用效率；
- 建立并完善人力经营分析报告体系，定期监控人力资源使用情况及人力投产效率；
- 搭建人力配置模型，建立量化人力配置标准，合理分配编制资源；
- 根据经营管理需要，制定完善公司奖励方案体系，挂钩不同模块核心业绩完善奖励子方案规则。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、统计类专业优先； 2、目标感及进取心明显、规划分析及量化思维突出、具备良好的执行动手及解决问题能力。
