## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司线上化相关项目的推动落地；
- 负责全渠道客户线上迁移、活跃、留存、转化的规划与落地推动；
- 负责推动本地服务全流程线上化及服务商的管理和规范；
- 线上行为的收集及数据统计、分析及解读；
- 系统优化的需求反馈
- 上级领导交办的临时工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具有良好的服务意识和责任心；
- 具有一定的沟通协调能力；
