## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据总行授信政策及目标市场指引对权限内公司客户授信业务进行审查、审批，分析信贷风险点并提出防范措施，出具审查意见；
- 按照总行信贷风险评级制度要求对借款人进行评级；
- 根据全行风险偏好，结合区域市场特点，制定分行信贷业务策略指引，引领业务发展；
- 对业务部门提出的专业问题给予解答和建议，根据审批需要对客户进行实地考察；
- 负责相关授信业务贷前调查知识培训；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济学、工商管理、金融学、财会类、法律学科专业优先；
- 银行信贷工作经验3年以上；有CPA、CFA资格或具有银行对公授信审批工作经验优先；
- 熟悉国家经济金融政策、法律法规、会计、财务制度，具有丰富的金融专业知识，熟悉本地市场，熟悉银行授信审批基本政策制度，熟悉银行各类信贷业务知识及处理流程，具备较强的信用风险分析、识别与判断能力；
- 具备较强的学习能力、调查分析能力、文字写作能力、业务协调能力和工作组织能力；具备良好的个人品质、职业道德修养及较强的敬业精神，风险意识强，无违法、金融违规记录及其他不良行为；
- 思维缜密，判断性强，具备较强的责任心和良好的沟通能力，抗压能力强；
- 符合总分行管理的其他要求。
