## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照客户运营策略，推动企业微信运营，挖掘及分析企微推动数据，助力业务发展；
- 策划并制定企微营销策略及方案，按照营销节点推动落地；
- 研究企微功能拓展，结合日常管理，满足企微运营需求；
- 根据渠道营销需求，生产内容素材，维护企微素材库。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，金融相关专业、中文、新闻、广告等传媒专业优先，知名一本院校优先，有相关工作经验优先；
- 熟悉互联网行业，善于挖掘用户热点需求内容，有创造力；
- 熟悉内容策划与传播，具有文案写作功底，有良好的数据分析能力与团队协作能力；
- 高度的责任心，结果导向，较强的沟通协调能力。
