## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合室主任开展省行、二级分行渠道新拓及维护；
- 配合室主任制定渠道营销方案、开展推动、并进行达成追踪；
- 负责建立分对分会议机制，联合省行对二级分行、三级机构定期开展四方业务检视与指导。 任职资格
- 遵纪守法，品行端正，热爱保险行业；
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备突出的学习力、执行力、沟通力和团队协作精神；
- 具备良好的适应力、自驱力和抗压力，能迅速适应工作环境，高效推进工作开展。
