## Job description

岗位职责

### 转化能力
- 能够准确理解总行政策，高效转化为可落地的培训材料、营销话术及实操指引；

### 赋能能力
- 具备良好的授课与辅导能力，善于通过联合访客、案例复盘、情景模拟等方式，赋能一线解决实际业务问题；

### 专业功底
- 熟悉小微金融、对公交易银行生态圈及产业链金融业务，具有本地产业链、商圈资源者优先；具备产品经理或一线客户经理工作经验者优先。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、管理等相关专业优先；
- 具备2年及以上银行相关岗位从业经历；
- 具备小微业务、对公交易银行圈链业务经验者优先；
- 具备较强逻辑思维、表达能力和团队协作精神，无违法违纪及不良从业记录。
