## Job description

岗位职责

### 预算管理
- 统筹分公司预算政策，负责机构投产管理、费用合规等日常预算管理工作

### 会计核算
- 统筹分公司年结、月结、财务报表出具等财务核算事项，负责机构应收应付管理等日常工作

### 资金管理
- 统筹机构资金收付、账户管理等日常资金管理工作

### 税务管理
- 统筹税务风险管控，管理机构纳税申报等日常税务工作

### 财务管理
- 统筹机构财务团队建设、财务相关培训等财管类工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限
- 具有3年以上保险相关财务工作经验者有限
- 取得财会相关专业证书者优先，如注册会计师、管理会计师、中级会计/审计师、税务师等
- 坚持原则，为人诚信，熟悉内外法规制度；具有良好的个人品行和职业道德，无违法违规不良记录；有大局意识，沟通、学习、组织管理和执行能力强。
