## Job description

岗位职责 1．督导单位经营 （1）对所督导营业单位进行中台（包含核保、续期、保全、理赔）政策和知识的宣导、咨询等一站式业务支持工作； （2）促进督导单位业务发展和服务品质提升、以及各项后援指标的达成。 2. 存续单续期收费及服务 （1）对存续保单进行交费提醒、困难件劝阻工作； （2）对存续保单进行客户资料维护，提供客户预约的保全、理赔等服务工作。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历
- 身体健康、相貌端正；
- 学习领悟、沟通和语言表达能力强；
- 待人热忱，积极向上、性格温和耐心、亲和力强；
- 无任何不良记录
